USASA NATIONALS HITS COPPER NEXT WEEK

The 28th Annual USASA National Championships hits Copper Mountain next week with over 2,000 athletes arriving this weekend. Athletes will compete in Halfpipe, Slopestyle, Rail Jam, Giant Slalom, Slalom, and Snowboardcross beginning Sunday April 2nd. The Snowboard week of the United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association National Championships will conclude on April 6th, followed by the Freeski week from April 8th through April 12th.

So, if you are looking to make some laps through Central Park before Copper shuts down for the season on April 16th, be aware that you will not have full access to the park from April 2nd through April 12th due to the competitions. You can also expect some longer lift lines than usual due to the thousands of competitors who will be using the main lifts to access different zones for competitions.
