Another Summer Short for you here. Bailey Mesch tracked down Seth Hill, who seems to have hit every corner of this globe this past winter, to see if he is pumping the brakes at all for summer.
Bailey: What are you up to this summer?
Seth: I am working up at High Cascade Snowboard Camp, located at lovely Mt. Hood, Oregon.
B: What’s your absolute favorite thing to do in the summer?
S: Well, at this point in my life I have no reason not to do what I absolutely love to do which is snowboard, skateboard, some photography and hang with all my Oregon friends at HCSC.
B: Are you a flip flop kind of guy?
S: FOR SURE! When the occasion calls for it I'm down to get my feet in some flippie floppies.
B: How much snowboarding will you be doing in the next couple of months?
S: Usually we snowboard about 40 days during the summer months, but I have some tentative plans to go to NZ, or South America which would bump that number up.
B: Tell me about your best moments from last season.
S: This past season was pretty amazing; I got the opportunity to travel a whole bunch as well as shred some powder with great people. As far best moments, there are too many to pick from.
B: How was your last Superpark?
S: This last super park was pretty fun, as with the last year I definitely tried to cram in as much as possible. I ended up mostly in one piece so I have no complaints really.
B: What do you have planned for the upcoming season? Any specific comps?
S: Honestly, trying to refine a bit of my backcountry jumping and definitely still competing as much as possible.
