Over the weekend, The North Face Masters went down at Kirkwood in California, and Colorado showed up in a big way. Never Summer team rider, Silverton local and representative of Wolf Creek Ski Area, Charlie Hoch, landed himself atop the podium on Sunday after all the dust had settled. Leading the pack with a score of 81.33, Charlie Hoch showed the rest of the competition that Colorado doesn't joke around when it comes to steep lines and crazy terrain.

After taking a chunk of time off from competition due to some lingering injuries, Hoch was ready to compete and definitely eager to make moves in the competitive scene. Well, Charlie not only won 1st place, but also earned himself the Clif Bar Best Moment for his solid landing off a big double cliff drop.

Snowboard Colorado would like to congratulate Charlie Hoch on his win at the 2012 TNF Masters in Kirkwood.
