SIMS® Snowboards is bringing a new patented performance based technology to the snowboard industry. The SIMS® E Board™ has 2.5 degree wedges embedded into the snowboard that aligns the riders hips, knees and ankles, eliminating leg fatigue while providing the rider with fresh legs longer into the day. Who doesn’t want fresh legs!?

The exclusive North American Made™ E Board™ technology took 16 years to develop and perfect by Louis “LoFo” Fournier. LoFo used to press SIMS® boards for Tom in Quebec from the mid 80’s to mid 90’s and he’s now back in the mix with SIMS® manufacturing these quality crafted E Boards™: made in Quebec with North American materials. It’s come full circle and we are stoked!

This true twin tip shape that has predominantly zero camber features advanced micro camber under the wedges only, which provides better grip and makes the board livelier on edge. Inside you’ll find a white quaking aspen v-lam wood core and full 3D wood wedges along with Vectorply® bi-axial e glass. Stack all of this on top of a Durasurf™ 4001 base and you’ve got a super fast all mountain freeriding machine. As SIMS® pro rider Seth Hill stated, “The board was definitely different than anything I’ve ever ridden. It seemed to get up on edge really well, hold an edge even better and could carve it’s face off. The interesting thing was that it honestly felt like I had to do less to get more.” How can you argue with that?

Shred ready sizes are 150, 155 and 160. Available in March 2012. For more information, please contact eboard@simsnow.com . Stay current on everything Sims snowboarding by checking out their website, www.simsnow.com .
