Get your double corks ready boys and girls, because the infamous Park Lane jump line at Breckenridge is set to open "by Saturday, November 22," according to the resort. Upper mountain terrain off of the 6-Chair will open today.

Aspen Mountain has announced they will open five days early, starting the season this Saturday, November 22. Originally scheduled to open on Thanksgiving Day, a recent storm, which brought 21 inches of fresh snow to the area, has allowed the resort to open early.
Looks like the Hobo Headwear crew is unloading their footage from last season. Watch them lap Park Lane in this funky edit. Don't worry, it shouldn't be long before Breck's park is open for the season.
"Imagine if 200 Rollerbladers started coming to your skate park that could only hold a max of 20 skaters. Nothing against skiers, if it wasn’t for them we might not have metal edges. I’m just saying be ready to dodge, snowboarders or skiers."
The Arrow, Endeavor, Gemini, Comet, Meteor, and Spirit lifts will be turning, which will service Village Way, Parkway, Porcupine, and Sorensen. The early-season terrain park will be on Sorensen, with over 10 features and a dedicated platter lift.
After the disappointing announcement from Keystone that they would have no early season park on opening day, the resort has bounced back with the help of 18" of natural snow in the last 48 hours and will open Area 51 this Friday.
Pat and Jake (Director of Mr. Plant) were semi-recently in Denver to premiere their new film, Mr. Plant. Beers were had, movies were played, and conversations were recorded. Things may have gotten out a little weird at the end, but it's fitting as Mr. Plant is no ordinary movie.
More opening day news this morning with the announcement that Wolf Creek will kick off their 75th season by opening for weekends starting this Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th. According to the resort, conditions are very limited with just a 6 inch base and 14 inches of snow year-to-date.
The latest addition to the 2014 Better Late Than Never Season Edit series is Nicki Weiss. Not a lot of diversity in this one, but Nicki's style is strong throughout and he's obviously got some talent, making 1080s and doubles look easy.
"I went there one time previous to film and such. It's creepy, going through the old homes, hospitals and schools, seeing where people used to operate on a daily basis just abandoned like that... its eerie. I kept thinking I was going to open a door and find a dead body."
After "unseasonably warm" weather forced Keystone (and Copper) to push back their opening days; Keystone Resort has announced the resort will open for the 2014-15 season this Friday, Nov. 7th. Keystone joins Breckenridge and Copper to make a total of 3 opening days this Friday. Wolf Creek has Friday listed as their tentative opening day, but no word yet on an official date.
